29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):     The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable.    On or about June 5, 2012, at 5701 Murray Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, an excessive amount of hydraulic oil and   water had accumulated on the floor in the Old Side Curing area behind Curing Press #1 and #2.  This condition exposed employees to the hazard of falls from the same elevation.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     Types of guarding. One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.    On or about June 5, 2012, at 5701 Murray Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, guards were not furnished on presses such   as but not limited to Curing Press #1, #2 and #15 located in the Old Side Curing area and the Curing Presses in the New   Press area.  This condition exposed employees to point of operation hazards and contact with moving cylinders.
