29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):     Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:      On or about June 5, 2012 at the worksite in the old shop area a flexible cord was supplying 120 volt AC electricity to a permanently mounted overhead lighting device as a substitute for fixed wiring. The cord was in contact with the structural steel which created the possibility of energizing the steel and creating an electric hazard should a person simultaneously contact the steel and a grounded part.
