1926.304(d)(i)(1): A circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed the portion of the saw above the table and the portion of the saw above the material being cut. a) Garage area of a residential structure; On or about June 7, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an employee was free hand ripping laminate flooring on a Ryobi 10-inch table saw without the guard being installed. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
