29 CFR 1910.23(b)(1):  Every wall opening from which there is a drop of more than 4 feet was not guarded in accordance with the requirements noted in the 29 CFR 1910.23(b)(1)(i) and/or 29 CFR 1910.23(b)(1)(ii):    A)  Dean Dairy Products Company, /Overhead Door Area for Processing - On or about 6/18/12, employees were exposed to a 9-foot fall hazard from the process area to the floor of the dock.  The door area was not guarded by fall protection devices to prevent personnel from falling.

Dean Dairy Products Company - On or about 6/18/12, an exit in the battery charging room was blocked by a load out truck.  There was only a 13 inch clearance between the truck and the wall to access the emergency exit.

Dean Dairy Products Company, maintenance department - On or about 6/8/12, a  Delta International bench grinder's tongue guard was positioned 1 inch from the grinding wheel.
