OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, the employees were exposed to fires and explosions from mixing, dispensing, handling, and cleaning phenolic resin were exposed to severe burns and/or death from fire and/or dust explosions:    WORKSHOP/MIXING/RESINOID DEPARTMENT:  The employees, working and handling highly explosive particles, Durite AD-848C; phenolic resin were not provided with appropriate tools and equipment, such as (but not limited to) non-spark producing shovels, scoops, and the Rigid shop vacuum that's appropriate and good for the locaton and operation.
