D-28402) used to clean and smooth edges was equipped with a guard. Employee(s) were exposed to a struck-by hazard.

Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. a) Warehouse Area - Panel D: On or about May 17, 2012, the employer did not ensure that there was a clear path leading to a 480v electrical panel board box. The panel board box housed the circuit breakers that controlled power to the tig welding machine, iron worker, ector machine and tig #2 and #3 stations. Employee(s) were exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
