The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated    On or about June 10, 2012 the employer failed to ensure that the employee in the articulating aerial lift was protected from falling. The employee was using the articulating aerial lift to remove trash from the roof of a building. The employee was at an estimated height of twenty feet.
