On or about 6/7/12, at the Buford job site, subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 18' as they worked from scaffolds that were missing lower guardrails in some areas and upper and lower guardrails in other locations of the scaffold.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

On or about 6/7/12, at the Buford job site, subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards of 17' as they worked on a 10 in 12 slope roof without the use of fall protection to install stucco materials to an upright column that had been installed extending above the roof.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
