29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average(TWA) of 85 decibels:    Mill Building: On 7-26-12 , Workers were exposed to noise levels in excess of the 8-hour action level of 85 deciibels(50% equivalent dose) while operating wood working machinery. An audiiometric testing program was not developed and implemented.     a. A worker was exposed to an 8 hour TWA noise level of 92 decibels (134% equivalent dose)    b.
