29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(i):     The employer did not ensure that the electrical equipment had listing or labeling identifying the purpose for which it was being used.    a)  Facility, 1001 Chambers Avenue, Jeannette, PA: On or before 6/12/2012, a non-listed or labeled electrical extension cord was used in the Mill Number 4 area. The electrical extension cord was approximately 29 foot long and used to provide electrical power to a sump pump.
