29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):     Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    This violation most recently occurred on June 12, 2012, at a workplace located at 4616 Lakeview Parkway, Rowlett, Texas; at least two employees using pneumatic nailers were not protected from eye injuries by wearing protective eyewear.
