29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.    a)  a)  Adams Way, Neptune City, NJ:  The employer did not provide frequent and regular inspection by a competent person to recognize and address hazards of the job site.  The employees of the subcontractor were preforming roofing activity on a residential home and working from heights ranging from 8 feet to 34 feet from the ground level.  The employees were also utilizing pneumatic nail guns on the roof and maintaining a clean job site on the ground without the use of the proper personal protective equipment, observed on or about 6/8/12.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
