29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury.    a) Maintenance shop- On or about 06/12/12- Amerex ABC fire extinguisher located near the entrance door was not identified with a location label.    b) Maintenance shop- On or about 06/12/12- A type fire extinguisher located in the rear of the shop was not identified with a location label.     c) School building- On or about 06/12/12- Amerex ABC fire extinguisher was unmounted and used as a door prop.
