29 CFR 1910.134(o): Compliance with Appendix A, Appendix B-1, Appendix B-2, Appendix C, and Appendix D to this section are mandatory. Facility-The employer failed to comply with paragraph C (1)(a) of Appendix A in that it failed to insure that employees administering Quantitative Fit Test (QNFT) Protocols were able to perfom tests properly, recognize invalid tests and calulate fit factors properly. Employees entered incorrect fit factor data into the machine causing the results of fit tests to be inaccurate.
