29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(vi):     Training for employees performing Class IV operations was not consistent with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements for training of local education agency maintenance and custodial staff as set forth at 40 CFR 763.92(a)(1):    a) Brynwood Apartments Building F Crawl Space: Employees installing new service cable were not provided training on the location of thermal system insulation or instruction in recognition of damage of asbestos containing materials exposing employees to eye irritation and coughing, on or about June 13, 2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
