29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body narness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.    On or about 6/13/2012, at the Suwanee job site, employees were using a carabiner attached to the leg strap buckles of the body harness and then attaching a rope grab to the carabiner instead of using the D ring in the center of the wearer's back as an attachment point for fall protection.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
