29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arr The employer does not protect employees from falling when working 6 feet or more above lower levels on low sloped roofs. This violation was observed on or about June 11, 2012, on the west side of the structure where an employee was exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard when performing work without fall protection.
