1926.451(c)(1)(i): Crossbraces wer not installed at all locations where horizontal members support both inner and outer legs.    On or about April 24,2012, at the worksite located at 428 W. George Nigh Express, McAlester, OK, two employees were working on a scaffold, two sections high. that did not have the crossbracing at both the front and the back of every scaffold sectiion.  Employees were exposed a fall of over 12 feet.
