29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998] Maintenance area - On or about June 12, 2012, the eye wash was not kept free from obstruction and in a clean and sanitary condition for immediate emergency use, thereby exposing employees to injurious corrosive materials.
