29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: Employees working in the Big Tank Production area were exposed to injury from a fall hazard. The elevated operator platform on the Automatic Roll was not provided with standard guardrails or other fall protection on all open sides. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Employees were exposed to 6 inches of unguarded, rotating shaft on the Small Tank Roller. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
