29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: 1- TJ Maxx, Lower Processing Area, Freight Elevator Control Room - Employees were not provided with appropriate personal protective equipment when resetting a faulty relay switch in the electrical panel box which is located in the freight elevator control room, exposing them to electrical hazards. Condition noted on or about 6/14/12.
