29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagh f(6) Location: Jobsite 2104 Boston Post Road a) Employees were erecting a scaffold platform less than three feet from secondary electric power lines, thus exposing employees to electric shock on or about 06/07/12.
