29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On 6/29/2012, the roof above the shipping office/lunch room is used as a storage platform for material such as, but not limited to shrink wrap. The platform was 12 feet above the dock side and 8 feet above the work floor side. The standard guard railing system did not have midrails.
