On our about June 6, 2012, an employee suffered third degree burns to her ankle, heel and inner thigh, when a small deli container, not equipped with handles, slipped from her hands as she was removing the cleaning agent/water from the fryer and dumping it onto a 5 gallon bucket without wearing personal protective equipment.
