OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that employees were exposed to struck-by and crush hazards: a) At Marbury Steel Fabricators: On or about June 13, 2012 and at times prior; the employer failed to require and enforce the use of seatbelts for all employees operating forklifts on site exposing them to struck-by and crush hazards from being thrown from the lift.
