29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or perso a) 1625 Gilpin Ave, Wilmington, DE 6th Floor The employees are exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet. The wire rope guardrail system on the 6th floor of the building had a missing stanchion and guardrails on an inside corner of an offset, approximately 20 feet above the next level. This violation was observed on or about May 29, 2012.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: a) 1625 Gilpin Ave, Wilmington, DE 6th Floor The employees are exposed to a fall hazards of 60 feet. The wire rope guardrail system on the 6th floor was not capable of withstanding a force of at least 200 pounds applied within 2 inches of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction on the Northeast section of the 6th floor. This violation was observed on or about May 29, 2012.
