29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):   Exit routes were not free and unobstructed.  Materials and equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:    a)  On May 21, 2012, on the northwest side of the warehouse, the exit route to the fire exit door was blocked by furniture and equipment, creating a hazard for employees to exit in the event of an emergency.     b)  On May 21, 2012, on the northeast side of the warehouse, the exit route to the fire exit door was blocked by furniture and equipment, creating a hazard for employees to exit in the event of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6):   Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and distinctive in color:    On May 21, 2012, in the storeroom of the office, south wall, the exit light over the fire exit door was not illuminated, and had no other light source for display if needed to exit the room in an emergency.
