29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) On or about June 14, 2012, as a controlling employer, for the employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold without any fall protetion systems in place and exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 19 feet located at 242 Tenth Street West, Dickinson, North Dakota.
