OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when performing hydrotesting of fabricated piping:     Dewitt Central Facility #5, west end of workplace: On 06/15/2012, employees engaged in hydrotesting of fabricated piping sections were exposed to struck-by hazards created by the use of a high pressure displacement pump and the associated work pieces being used to evaluate fabriacted piping sections for leaks while under test pressure exceeding 5000 psi.
