29 CFR 1926.1440(c)    Side boom cranes mounted on wheel or crawler tractors did not meet all of the following requirements of ASME B30.14-2004 (incorporated by reference see 1926.6): Section 14.1.1 (Load Ratings):    a) Up Side of the Hill - An employee operated a Caterpillar Cat 561M tractor, #1675, that was fitted with a side boom, on a steep hill without the equipment having a legible load rating chart as required through reference from ASME B30.14-2004 Section 14-1.1.1, thereby exposing employees working on and around the tractor to possible injury, observed on or about 6-18-12.    Abatement certification required.
