29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:      a) Back side, exterior top plate: On June 15, 2012, and at times prior thereto employees performed framing activities which included securing trusses while walking on/working from the exterior top plate, without a fall protection system in place.  Employees were exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard.     b)  Back side, partially sheathed roof: On June 15, 2012, and at times prior thereto employees performed sheathing activities on a 8 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place.  Employees were exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard.     Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.       Note) Fuhriman Framing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) that was contained in OSHA inspection #111024, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2012, with respect to the work site at Lot 15, Block 17 Sidewinder, Meridian, ID.     Note) Fuhriman Framing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) that was contained in OSHA inspection #97591, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2011, with respect to the work site at 1845 Tanero, Meridian, ID.
