Worksite - The employees finishing the roof on the building were not protected from falls of approximately 11 feet to the ground below. THE CLARK RESTORATIONS & CUSTOM ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314955899, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 01, ISSUED ON DECEMBER 17, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 900 PADENREICH AVENUE, GADSDEN AL 35903.
