Adjacent to Cabela's Store Sign Foundation Under Construction: The Altec 38 ton hydraulic truck crane (Serial # 0806EG0340) tipped over when it was operated in excess of its rated capacity up to approximately 3,300 pounds while lifting a generator weighing approximately 6300 pounds with 103 feet of boom at approximately 62 degree angle over outriggers that were set at mid span, as determined on June 18, 2012.
