29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it was infeasible or it created a greater hazard to use these systems and developed and implemented a fall protection plan which met the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: 2439 Chaucer Avenue, Overland: Four employees were seen conducting roofing activities on a roof approximately 18 feet from the highest eave to ground level without using any form of fall protection systems. There was no claim of infeasibility.
