(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY)      At the job site located at 825 Sprinters Row, Florissant MO, on 22 May 2012 the employer did not ensure employees used safety glasses while using the nail guns.  As a result the employees were exposed to permanent eye damage.       Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
