29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    On or about 6/18/2012, at 540 NW 7th avenue, in the city of Fort Lauderdale, an employee was observed climbing on the edge of the aerial lift's basket onto a roof of a commercial building to apply stucco. The employee did not attach his lanyard to an anchoring point on the roof or aerial lift.      W.A.C. Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315359232, citation number 01, item number 004(a), issued on 12/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5154 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33417, which became final order on 1/18/2012, which became final order on 1/18/2012.

W.A.C. Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315359232, citation number 01, item number 005(a), issued on 12/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5154 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33417, which became final order on 1/18/2012.
