29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warnig line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line systema and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. The employer does not protect employees from falling when working 6 feet or more above lower levels. This vilation was observed on ro about June 18, 2012 on the low sloped roof of a newly built security vestibule where employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet when attaching flashing to the west side of roof's edge without a fall protection system. TNT Roofing and Construction LLC dba Juan Mendoza was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, CFR 1926.501 (b) (10), which was contained in OSHA inpsection number 316217793, Citation Number 1, item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/26/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 16780 Needham Road, Conroe, Texas 77304
