29 CFR 1926.55(a): Employee(s) were exposed to material(s) at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists:    a)Worksite at 324 Jersey St, Harrison, NJ    An employee using a grinder to perform tuck pointing was exposed to crystalline silica at 16.3 mppcf (million particles per cubic foot) which was 1.04 times the permissible exposure limit of 15.6 mppcf.  The time sampled was 265 minutes.  Zero exposure was assumed for the 215 minutes that were not sampled.    Violation occurred on or about 06/20/12.
