29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotecdted sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Interskate 91 South Roller Skating Rink, 2043 Boston Rd., Wilbraham, Ma.: An employee was painting the roof of the skating rink at a height of approximately 25 to 30 feet without any fall protection. SPECIFIC ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION DEMONSTRATING THAT ABATEMENT IS COMPLETE MUST BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
