29 CFR 1926.451(g)(3): Each employee on a two point scaffolds more than ten feet high was not attached to a vertical lifeline, and was not protected from falling to the lower level. a)240 Harrison Ave., East Orange, NJ:The employer allowed his employees to work from a scaffold in excess of 90 feet to the ground below without being attached to lifelines that were available, exposing them to fall hazards.
