29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) 1250 Brookway Blvd in Brookhaven, MS - On or about June 18, 2012, two employees were working from a scaffold platform elevated by a CAT TL943 Telehandler. The platform was not designed by the manufacturer.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. a) 1250 Brookway Blvd in Brookhaven, MS - On or about June 18, 2012, two employees were working from a scaffold platform basket elevated by a CAT TL943 Telehandler. The platform was not fully attached to the forks and the fork truck was moved horizontally while the employees were in the scaffold basket.
