29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 12, 2012, on the front side of the building, two employees were applying insulation to metal roof paper without utilizing any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 12 to 20 feet to ground below. MRE SHEET METAL INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313718546, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDEER ON JUNE 29, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7935 E. PRENTICE AVENUE, SUITE 209, GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO, 801111-2714 MRE SHEET METAL INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311311856, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 23, 2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATION AT 1515 N.
