29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used: a) Establishment wide: On June 14, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were unable to identify what procedures and/or actions to take in order to minimize the risk and/or eliminate potential fall hazards when they were observed disconnecting their fall protection equipment prior to being into a safe zone. Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
