29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees working on a steep commercial roof ranginf from 10.5 to 16 feet above grade were not utilizing andquate fall protection. Gerardo Recindez Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 77062, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4494 Westwind Drive, Winnebago, Illinois. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item
