29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used in instances outlined in subparagraphs (A) through (F): On or about June 12, 2012; a) Metro Miantenance Shop: A black flexible electrical cord connected to an electrical panel was being used in lieu of fixed wiring because the cord was connected through a shipping container wall to supply power to a junction box located on the inside of the container.
