Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazard(s) that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employee(s) in that employee(s) were exposed to being struck, crushed by or pinned by an automotive lift or car: a) Lift 1 - The load holding device to prevent downward movement was non-existent; on or 06/21/12 b) Lift 2, Left track - The automatic runway stop was not provided as a means to restrain the vehicle from inadvertently rolling off of the ramp; on or about 06/21/12. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN THE ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
