29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a) Bed of Chevrolet Pickup Truck, NY. license # 82507-JX, oxygen and acetylene cylinders being stored in the rear of the truck were not separated. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION NEEDED

29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: a) New building for Frank's Vacuum Service on New Road, four (4) employees observed on metal roofing without any fall protection being utilized to protect the employees from falls over 28 feet to the ground below. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION NEEDED
