A minimum of 30 inches of space was not maintained:    1. Building 2 - Near Bay #15 - Electrical panel box blocked by storage of office supplies and a water cooler.     2. Building 2 - Next to Conveyor Belt - Electrical panel box blocked by conveyor belt, restricting access to the panel without climbing on top of the conveyor belt.    3. Building 3 Rear - Electrical panel box blocked by storage of wrapping material on pallet.    4. Building 2 near entrance to warehouse - Electrical panel blocked by storage of tools and other materials.    Condition observed on or about June 21, 2012.
