29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a/ AMF Trucking and Warehousing Inc., DBA Sea Jet Trucking & Warehousing Inc. - Edison, NJ site: Forklift Battery Charging Station: Maintenance employee, who performs battery maintenance on forklifts, was not provided direct access to facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes, in that the plumbed eyewash station was not operable. Condition observed on or about June 21, 2012.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. a/ AMF Trucking and Warehousing Inc., DBA Sea Jet Trucking & Warehousing Inc. - Edison, NJ site:Electrical panel boxes rated 600 volts or less were blocked by storage. A minimum of 30 inches of space was not maintained: 1. Building 2 - Near Bay #15 - Electrical panel box blocked by storage of office supplies and a water cooler. 2. Building 2 - Next to Conveyor Belt - Electrical panel box blocked by conveyor belt, restricting access to the panel without climbing on top of the conveyor belt. 3. Building 3 Rear - Electrical panel box blocked by storage of wrapping material on pallet. 4. Building 2 near entrance to warehouse - Electrical panel blocked by storage of tools and other materials. Condition observed on or about June 21, 2012.
