29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At this job site, employees were distributing lines to a power pole at a height over 25 feet above ground level from an aerial lift. A lanyard from a body belt or harness was not attached to the boom or basket to prevent being ejected from the personnel basket.
