29 CFR 1910.332(b)(3): Qualified persons (i.e. those permitted to work on or near exposed energized parts) were not trained in, or at a minimum, familiar with the following (i) - (iii) : (i) The skills and techniques necessary to distinguish exposed live parts from other parts of electric equipment. (ii) The skills and techniques necessary to determine the nominal voltage of exposed live parts. (iii) The clearance distances specified in 1910.333(c) and the corresponding voltages to which qualified persons will be exposed. a) On or about 6/18/12 throughout the facility; Property Management Group employees work or nor near energized electrical equipment, such as but not limited to, changing ballast on overhead fluorescent lights, checking voltages and current draw inside service panel disconnects, changing fuses inside local disconnects, without being trained on the related safe work practices, clearance distances and the corresponding voltages, and the skills necessary to distinguish live parts from other parts on electrical equipment.
